Home Uncategorized lemon ricotta pasta with seared sea scallops: made this for dinner on 3/14/14. I am not a huge fan of ricotta, but I had some in the fridge and I bought some beautiful scallops for dinner so I thought this was the opportunity to use it. Overall, the recipe was pretty good. It needed a little more salt. It was easy to make, but I am not sure I would make it again.
